Objective
Transition Sage 50 US Accounting and Sage 50 Canada Accounting Chat to CCaaS.
Enable NA based chat agents to utilize CCaaS.
Support appropriately trained agents from outside of NA (AU, ZA and UKI) to augment NA agents and field chat interactions from Sage 50 Accounting NA Customers.
